My name is Thomas Karl Bathauer and I am a native Hoosier. I was born on the 28th day of May, 1943 in Anderson, Indiana. I graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1961 and served in the Naval Reserve as an Electronics Technician.
I worked for almost forty years installing electronic equipment in everything from tractors to airplanes. I owned my own business as an outside contractor for over eighteen years. I closed my business in 2004 and purchased a retail store which went bankrupt after five years.
I was an active member of the Masonic Fraternity for over thirty years and enjoyed being a public speaker. At the age of sixty-five I began writing and discovered a gift for writing that has proven to be more enjoyable than retiring.
I hope to have my first novel available by the middle of May.
